| Announcing You currently only accepts orders within the United States. |

| You will receive an immediate email confirmation upon the completion of your order. |

You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

| PAYMENT |
Announcing You accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer the ability to pay via PayPal.

| |
| If you are having problems processing your payment verify you have entered all the numbers correctly, including the 3-digit security code. Also verify that your billing address matches the billing address registered with your credit card. |
| |
|
| TAX |
| Ohio residents will be charged sales tax. |
|
| SHIPPING |
| Announcing You ships exclusively via United States Postal Service at this time. |
| |
| PROOFS |
| A proof will be sent to the registered email on your account within 48 hours of your photo upload. We do realize that changes are sometimes desired. The designers at Announcing You will provide 3 proofs at no additional charge. Please be as precise and thorough as possible when requesting changes as each new proof may delay your order going to print. |

| Additional changes requested after the 3rd proof will result in an additional $10 fee per additional proof. We will gladly switch out photos or switch to an alternate design at no additional cost as long as we only send 3 proofs total per order. |

| Cancellation / Return Policy |
|
Our announcements and invitations are personalized products. If
you wish to cancel your order before the design has been sent to print a
$25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for the time
and effort of our designers. Once your order has been sent to print we
cannot accept a cancellation request. |

| Announcing You staff will make every effort to send your proofs with the exact information we were provided. However, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the information is correct before you approve a final proof. Any errors that could/should have been caught during the proofing process will not qualify for a free reprint. We will offer to reprint the order with a 40% discount, however we will not send additional envelopes with the re-order since this discount will be given with the assumption the original order was not acceptable for use. |

| Copyright Indemnification |
| By submitting photos
to our designers you are agreeing that the photos are your
own
personal images or you have
permission from the copyright owner to use the images
for your cards. You
agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Announcing You and its owners
for any claim or expense (including attorney fees and court costs)
incurred in having to defend any copyright infringement claim as a
result of the use of the image(s) you provide to AnnouncingYou.com.
By submitting images to us, you grant us the right to edit and print
the images as necessary to complete your order. |
