We reserve the right to change our prices and discounts without notice.

Our announcements and invitations are personalized products.  If you wish to cancel your order before the design has been sent to print a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for the time and effort of our designers. Once your order has been sent to print we cannot accept a cancellation request.

By submitting photos to our designers you are agreeing that the photos are your own personal images or you have permission from the copyright owner to use the images for your cards.   You agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Announcing You and its owners for any claim or expense (including attorney fees and court costs) incurred in having to defend any copyright infringement claim as a result of the use of the image(s) you provide to AnnouncingYou.com.   By submitting images to us, you grant us the right to edit and print the images as necessary to complete your order.


Color Matching
Colors can vary greatly between monitors.  For this reason, we do not guarantee that our final prints will match exactly to how the online sample appears on your monitor.
